Title I, Part A (Title I) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act
Sto-Rox Primary Center is a Title I Part A participating school. This a federally funded program to provide financial assistance to schools in areas that are educationally deprived. This school-wide program is designed to help children meet the state content and performance standards in reading, language arts, and mathematics.

Title IX
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity) discrimination in any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.
